SimpleCRMforSmallBusiness - enables you to in real time chat with your leads or vice versa. The simple chat's features are as follows:

• has a unique chat link per lead you can copy-paste to all your emails, quotes and proposals
• is a secure 1-on-1 chat channel between you and your lead
• is able to record chat history so you do not forget the last conversation with your lead

Although it is a very simple and straight-forward feature, everyone agrees that in business timing and communication is crucial, and what better way to enable your lead to talk to you directly after reading your email or message than chat.

Here's how to use chat:

Step 1. Each lead record has 3 dots "..." at the right most end of their name which displays the different actions you can do with the lead.

Step 2: Click on the 3 dots to show the different menu options and select "CHAT"

Step 3: This will open a small chat popup or UI where you and your lead will be chatting with each other. Just type your message and hit the "enter" key to post your message.

*Notice the "Lead Chat Link" written on the top of the chat box. You can highlight and copy + paste this link to all your emails, messages so your lead will always have a link to chat with you after they have read your message or proposal.
